Complying with GDPR regulations, we do not store your password or payment information. We only access the information you provide at checkout, such as name, email, and address, which can be deleted upon request.

Through our return portal. We offer instant refunds, exchanges, and credit notes (with an additional 3% of your order total)

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. They should be in the same condition as received, unworn/unused, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging.

INSTANTLY! We now provide instant refunds via bank transfer and your original payment method. The same applies for exchanges—if you have an upcoming holiday, we can send the exchanged size to you before you even send the return back! This is the best returns process available online.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can cancel it. However, due to payment processing charges, a cancellation fee will apply to cover our costs, as outlined below:

• Klarna: 5%
• PayPal: 5%
• SHOPPAY/Credit/Debit/Apple Pay: 5%

This fee is necessary to offset the costs incurred during the payment process.
