We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Any orders which are undeliverable will be returned to us by the courier. Any costs involved in the return of any undeliverable orders may be charged to the customer.
All orders will require a signature upon delivery.
If you have not put in the correct address at checkout we will not be held liable if the parcel is then lost.Â

At Boinclo GmbH, we strive to ensure that your purchase reaches you in a timely and secure manner. We use trusted delivery services that provide tracking information and GPS coordinates to confirm the delivery of each order.
It is imperative for customers to provide an accurate delivery address and ensure that they, or a designated recipient, are available to receive the package. If a customer orders a product knowing they will not be home to receive it, the responsibility for arranging a secure delivery environment rests solely with the customer.

Our obligation to the customer is deemed fulfilled once the tracking information indicates that the order has been delivered to the provided address, as confirmed by GPS data.
If the delivery service records the order as delivered but the customer disputes receipt of the goods, claiming that the signature obtained is not their own, the responsibility shifts to the customer. While individuals may dispute the signature, this does not invalidate the delivery confirmation provided by the delivery service.

In the unfortunate event that a parcel is lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, our liability ends at the point of confirmed delivery. Customers are advised to report the incident to the police and obtain a crime reference number. Subsequently, the customer may initiate a claim with DHL or the respective delivery service. While we empathize with customers who experience loss or theft of their delivered items, the ultimate responsibility lies with the customer, especially if the product was ordered to an address where they knew they would not be available to personally receive it.

We will happily investigate any delivery disputes with DHL, we have access to the GPS co-ordinates which shows exactly where the parcel was signed for, so will know if it was signed for at the wrong address. If the GPS show the parcel was delivered to your address, we will require you to sign a legally binding declaration form and obtain a crime reference number from the police, we will open an investigation with DHL too and forward over a reference number, both the police &Â DHL will liaise with you and each other regarding the dispute. Â
