What is your returns policy?

In accordance with EU consumer rights regulations, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding the original delivery charge) typically within 1-7 working days, or you can choose to exchange the item for a different size/colour or receive a gift voucher, which will be processed the same day we receive the return. If your item meets the criteria outlined below, please ensure it is returned in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

What returns do you not accept?

  • Due to hygiene reasons swimwear & underwear can not be returned
  • Items that have had the swing tags, labels removed
  • Items that show signs of wear
  • Items that come back with pet hairs on
  • items that have been worn or damaged in the wash are not our liability.

My item is faulty?

If you received a faulty item, please contact us immediately with your name, address, product details, and photos of the issue. If we are unable to replace the product, we will issue a full refund including delivery costs. We will then provide instructions on how to proceed with the return. You have 31 days from the date of receipt to return the faulty item to us. Please note, if the swing tags have been removed or the item shows signs of wear, we will not accept the return and any faults will be considered due to use. Items damaged due to washing or ironing will not be accepted. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the designer item after wear, please contact the brand directly, as we cannot be held responsible for manufacturing faults beyond 31 days.

I received the wrong order?

If you received an item that is not what you originally ordered, please contact us with your name, address, product details, and the reason for the return. Let us know whether you prefer a refund or a replacement. We will then provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

Do you offer free returns?

No, however, we can offer affordable return labels through DHL, which are easy to purchase and use for your returns.
